Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, calls, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect within 30 days. If you need to get your order correct, send us an email from the contact information given on the website.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email the order was made with
- Your request
and most importantly
- A photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.
*The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
