Your first charge is placed when you subscribe. After that, the subscription renews at the current monthly rate on the 15th until canceled.
WHEN WILL MY SHIRT SHIP?
Recurring Shirt of the Month orders ship by the 20th of the month.
CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE OR ADDRESS?
Email help@duxbux.com before the 15th for size or address changes. Include the name and email on the subscription and, for an address change, the complete new address.
CAN I CANCEL?
Yes. Manage the subscription through your account or contact DUXBUX support before the 15th to stop the next monthly order.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A MONTHLY SHIRT?
Shirt of the Month orders are final sale. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact DUXBUX support.
