Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Seasonings
- Mystery bundles
- Jerky
- Items discounted more than 25%
- Shirt of the Month orders
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report damaged or defective items within 3 days of delivery. Report incorrect items within 5 days of delivery. Email help@duxbux.com with your order number, the name and email on the order, and clear photos of the item and packing slip when applicable.
Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturer defect.
