These Official Rules govern the DUX BUX Spin-to-Win Promotion (the "Promotion"). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of FMA Investments, LLC d/b/a DUX BUX (the "Sponsor"), which are final to the extent permitted by law.
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins August 13, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping devices. Sponsor may offer a separate future promotion under separately published official rules; no extension or automatic renewal of this Promotion is promised.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in their state or district of residence when they enter. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and its affiliates, service providers, and promotion partners, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, outside the eligible United States, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to Enter
- During the Promotion Period, visit an eligible DUX or BUX brand page on duxbux.com where the Spin-to-Win form is displayed.
- Submit a valid email address through the form and complete the on-screen spin.
- The system will immediately assign and display one coupon offer according to the odds below.
There is no purchase, payment, or proof of purchase required to enter or receive an offer. A purchase does not improve the odds. Limit one entry and one spin per person and per email address for the entire Promotion, whether entered through the DUX or BUX form. Use of multiple email addresses, identities, devices, automated methods, scripts, bots, or other attempts to obtain additional spins may void all related entries and offers. Normal internet or mobile data charges imposed by an entrant's provider may apply.
4. Offer Selection and Odds
Each valid spin receives one coupon offer. The outcome is assigned electronically using the probabilities configured for the Promotion; the visible wheel animation is a display of that assigned outcome. The DUX and BUX forms use the same odds:
- 10% off eligible merchandise: 50%
- $10 off an eligible merchandise subtotal of $75 or more: 24%
- Free eligible U.S. standard shipping on an eligible merchandise subtotal of $99 or more, up to $15: 20%
- 15% off an eligible merchandise subtotal of $100 or more: 5%
- $25 off an eligible merchandise subtotal of $125 or more: 1%
Odds total 100% and apply independently to each valid spin. No skill, purchase, or payment affects the outcome.
5. Offer Values
The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the $10 and $25 offers is their stated face value. The ARV of the free-shipping offer is the actual eligible shipping charge waived, up to $15. The ARV of a percentage offer is the actual discount realized on the eligible merchandise in the qualifying transaction and therefore varies with the eligible merchandise subtotal selected by the recipient. Percentage offers have no fixed cash value. The total value awarded during the Promotion depends on the offers assigned and validly redeemed.
Every offer is a conditional discount coupon, not cash. A purchase meeting the applicable redemption conditions is required to use a coupon.
6. Coupon Delivery and Verification
A unique coupon code is displayed after a valid spin. The recipient should copy and retain the code. Each code is subject to Sponsor's verification of eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and correct issuance by the Promotion systems. If a valid entrant receives an error or is not shown a code, the entrant should promptly contact help@duxbux.com using the email address submitted. Sponsor will verify the entry and, where appropriate, provide the assigned offer or an offer of equal or greater value.
A valid unused code issued during the Promotion Period has no scheduled expiration date. Ending the entry period does not invalidate a previously issued valid code. A code becomes void after redemption, if obtained or used through fraud or abuse, or where prohibited by law.
7. Redemption Terms
- Each code is unique, may be redeemed only once, and is limited to one redemption per customer. It is intended for the original recipient and may not be sold, copied, or transferred.
- Enter the code at checkout. The code applies only when all conditions for the assigned offer are met.
- An "eligible merchandise subtotal" is the current selling price of qualifying, non-kit, one-time-purchase merchandise before tax and shipping and before the Spin-to-Win coupon is applied.
- Build-a-Kit items, gift cards, and subscriptions, including Shirt of the Month, are excluded and do not count toward any minimum purchase threshold.
- For a mixed cart, a product-discount offer applies only to eligible non-kit merchandise. Build-a-Kit lines are not discounted by the Spin-to-Win code and do not count toward its threshold. Any separately earned Build-a-Kit tier savings may remain on properly tagged kit lines.
- The free-shipping offer is valid only for delivery to an eligible U.S. address, on a qualifying cart with no Build-a-Kit or subscription line, and only for an available standard shipping option priced at $15 or less. It does not cover express, expedited, freight, international, or any shipping charge above $15. If a qualifying recipient has no eligible standard option available, contact Sponsor before ordering.
- Codes cannot be combined with another coupon code, reward code, or promotional discount unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.
- Codes have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash or credit, cannot be applied to a prior purchase, and cannot reduce an order below $0.
- Taxes, any shipping charge not covered by an offer, and all other costs remain the customer's responsibility.
- If merchandise purchased with a code is returned or an order is canceled, any refund is based on the amount actually paid. The code and discount may not be reissued.
8. Email and Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Promotion is handled according to the DUX BUX Privacy Policy. By submitting the Spin-to-Win form, an entrant agrees to the email-marketing disclosure presented on that form. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time without invalidating a completed entry or a valid offer already awarded. Sponsor may still send non-marketing communications reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion or resolve an offer issue.
9. Conduct, Errors, and Promotion Integrity
Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts fraudulently or disruptively, or attempts to obtain more than one spin. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, malware, platform failure, unauthorized intervention, legal requirements, or another cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially impairs its integrity. If that occurs, Sponsor will honor valid offers already properly issued to the extent lawful and practicable and will post any material update on this page.
Typographical, display, or configuration errors do not create a right to an offer inconsistent with the probabilities and terms stated here. Sponsor will correct a verified system error by providing the assigned offer or a substitute of equal or greater value. Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject a valid entry or fail to provide a properly awarded offer.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from claims arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of an offer, except for claims that cannot lawfully be waived. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or undeliverable submissions or communications; outages; incompatible devices; blocked scripts; or other technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any non-waivable consumer right.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any non-waivable law of the entrant's state of residence. Before filing a claim, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter by contacting help@duxbux.com. Any court proceeding shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Douglas County, Nebraska, unless applicable law requires otherwise. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. Controlling Rules
These Official Rules control the Promotion. Short-form disclosures, form copy, advertisements, and checkout messages are summaries only. If any summary conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control, except that an entrant will receive the more favorable term where required by applicable law.
